At Film Way, we provide digital content delivery rather than physical products. Our service ensures that you receive your content packs quickly and conveniently.

1. Content Delivery
Once you subscribe to one of our plans, you will receive your video content via a WeTransfer link. Content packs (including 7-14 video clips) will be delivered based on your chosen subscription plan (weekly or bi-weekly). You can download the content immediately upon receipt of the link.

2. No Physical Shipping
As all products are digital downloads, no physical shipping is involved. All content is delivered electronically via email or direct download links.

3. Delivery Timeframe
Content will be sent to your email within the timeframe specified in your subscription plan (weekly or bi-weekly). If there are any delays, we will notify you immediately.

4. Technical Requirements
To access and download your content, you will need a stable internet connection and the ability to open WeTransfer links. We are not responsible for any technical issues on your end, such as internet problems or file download issues.

5. Email Delivery
